瑞典清新派獨立唱作人Pelle Carlberg，繼《Everything. Now!》(2005) 和《In a Nutshell》(2007) 兩張solo專輯後，08年快手的推出了其第三張全新專輯《The Lilac Time》。

已是第三次介紹 Pelle Carlberg 的音樂，在此不作詳述，可以看回舊文。
專輯首發單曲 "1983 (Pelle & Sebastian)" 美洲敲擊樂器伴隨著輕快節奏，訴說童年的往事；而輕快節奏延續至與Club 8 女主音Karolina Komstedt 合唱的 "Nicknames"。

"Whisper" 如緩慢私語，單純的結他小品。"Animal lovers" 有著溫暖旋律，"Metal to metal" 前段帶有 Smiths 影子，之後又回復到清新雋永。"Because I'm worth it" 擁有優美旋律，卻原來是對時下年青人的不是看不過。

"Stockholm vs Paris" (斯德哥爾摩與巴黎) 只有四句歌詞，优如短小詩篇，笑看「外國月亮特別圓」的媚外心理。"Fly me to the moon" 的拍手和口哨聲隨意又寫意，獨特的唱腔加上優美的旋律表達出自身的情感。"51,3" 描述在Facebook測出心靈年齡是51歲的幽默之歌；最後的 "Tired of being PC" 是對自身改變的不滿。

聽Pelle Carlberg或是Edson有十年，聽他的歌如看他的散文日記，時而幽默，時而傷感，有時又無病呻吟，就如老朋友的年度聚會；每張專輯代表著他每個時期當下的心情感受，這正是 Pelle Carlberg 的音樂魅力所在。

三年的等待，陳綺貞終於推出了第五張全新專輯《太陽》。三年前的《華麗的冒險》作為花的三部曲「 腐朽、重生、綻放」中的首個冒險歷程，三年後的《太陽》扮演著「重生」的角色，概念性的專輯籌劃讓人期待綺貞的表現方式。

專輯序曲 "手的預言"， 安靜的，簡單的結他勾弦，"...我的左手是貓，右手是撫慰的力量..." 如訴說著追尋自己所要，放開雙手不害怕，重生的力量。緊接著的 "狂戀"，流水行雲的鋼琴和弦樂交織著對愛的張狂和壓抑。

點題曲 "太陽" 中："我是我...一碰就碎的太陽...能在消失之前，得到信仰"，很乎合綺貞 "堅強又軟弱、渺小卻偉大" 的演繹方式。"魚" 則承接著 "太陽" 的高昂情緒，某些段落隱現孫燕姿的影子，歌詞體現出綺貞對自由的哲學思考。

"距離" 和 "倔強愛情的勝利" 都是綺貞典型的中板愛情小品，同樣擁有優美旋律，前者溫暖動人，後者結他和手風琴融合輕快舞步。半年前推出的單曲 "失敗者的飛翔" 看見了綺貞關懷社會一面。"下個星期去英國" 可說是全碟最簡單而又具感染力的作品，盧廣仲的口哨和綺貞的哼唱為這曲更具神髓。
"另一種平靜" 算是全碟較偏峰，三拍子的節拍和編曲都很特別，尾段也呼應著隨後的歌 "煙火"，重型而具張力。
最後的 "一首歌，讓你帶回去"，綺貞如碎碎念，平淡溫柔，"...有一條簡單的旋律，指引你專心，但並不企圖征服你"，像在告訴她的音樂之路。

上星期看了綺貞在香港紅館開的 "09《太陽》演唱會"，這是我半年內看的第二場綺貞演唱會，期間迫使我趕快地細聽她的全新專輯。專輯收錄的11首曲目中， "手的預言" 早在《花的姿態演唱會實錄》中哼唱過，"狂戀" 在12年前的《Demo1》中出現過，還有寫給楊乃文的 "證據" 原版 "煙火"，半年前推出的單曲 "失敗者的飛翔"，加上多次在現場演唱過的 "下個星期去英國" 和 "倔強愛情的勝利"，實則新專輯的定義已減半，作為她的忠實樂迷，難免有所失望。

除此之外，《太陽》仍然十分優秀，專輯中的詞幾乎沒有重覆，依然具可讀性；唱腔上加添了幾分滄桑。
上張專輯《華麗的冒險》的成功進入商業主流，對於部份樂迷有些微言，而我也曾有過這種猜度，然而看完了這次新專輯的演唱會後，結他一撥的她還是陳老師，我仍然是默默支持打拍子的小學生。
